Summary
When a player uses the Zero Point Pretzel and is eliminated, the VFX which was around the player to show the Zero Point Pretzel was active will remain in the environment and not be cleaned up properly (as if it dropped off the players body on elimination).

Steps to Reproduce
Activate Zero Point Pretzel, then have another player eliminate you.
Expected Result
When the player is eliminated, the VFX associated with Zero Point Pretzel should be deactivated.
Observed Result
When the player is eliminated, the VFX for Zero Point Pretzel detaches from the player and remains/persists in the environment indefinitely.
