Summary
The Zero Point fish effect appears to work correctly when used in a private Creative 1.0 match. However, when the same item is used in an uploaded Creative experience, it does not register or function at all.
This is a major issue because many custom items, mechanics, and entire game modes rely on this effect. With the Zero Point effect no longer working in uploaded experiences, teleportation-based mechanics have effectively been removed from published Creative games.
Some experiences are now completely broken, while others are softlocked because progression, platforming sections, or required movement mechanics depend on the ability to teleport.
This issue appears to specifically affect uploaded Creative experiences, as the item still functions correctly in private Creative 1.0 sessions. A fix is needed because this is not just a minor visual bug—it is causing entire game modes and custom systems to become unusable: as uefn maps and custom items rely on it.

Gameplay
Steps to Reproduce
Go into any public Creative experience and set matchmaking to either public or private (for example, 1v1 map with every gun).
Pick up the Zero Point item and consume it. The activation sound will play, but the effect will not occur. The player remains completely stationary and receives no teleportation or movement effect.
The item appears to activate visually/audio-wise, but the actual gameplay effect does not register in published Creative experiences and your character stays in place.
Expected Result
Double jumping during the effect teleports or flings the player in the direction the camera is facing.
Observed Result
Double jumping does not move the player and the Zero Point effect fails to activate, you stay in place as the audio and camera slightly moves and that is all it does.
