Z Depth pass (SceneDepthWorldUnits) Pass in UE5 production Ready?

Is it worth rendering out ZDepth passes in Ue5, I heard it gives bad results when using in Nuke, edges look bad. Anyone have any comments regarding this?

Chiming in here to also say Iā€™d like to be able to use Z Depth in Nuke with EXRs and get production quality results.
