Tried making issues to support but they respond with unrelated copypaste cards.

Really? My sales stopped in February as well! The support answers only nonsense like “we don’t know what is wrong, the documents are processed by a third party”. Meanwhile, zero income for a whole month…
If it’s true it’s an utter unprofessionalism from FAB team.
In worst case mostly I was selling 2-3 products in a week before and now my sales 0.
I think they clearly lying to us. They say “you are still a trader and you can sell your products” but no sir we cant sell anything specially in europe. I dont think that my assets are not worth to buy or their quality is low… Its just bad management, they cant fix bugs,problems etc.
I wonder how many times we need to send our documents for making things work here…
I don’t think they are lying to us, I can still sell things and made a bunch of sales to Europeans during the last sale … visible by the tax they paid.
The problem seems rather that FAB is bugged and the external service, checking the documents, is doing an absolutely poor job.
Like I send a document to them from my cities official bureau, which clearly had my address on it … yet they tell me they couldn’t verify my address.
Epic needs to fix this problem ASAP, the 10th isn’t that far off.
