Today I check my sales report page and it shows me the warning that I need to verify my trader status or won’t be able to sell anymore…
However, I have been verified for months now and when I click on the link, it goes to my verified trader page, with an update button that does literally nothing.
EDIT: And now my verified trader status is gone… it just disappeared and I look like someone who isn’t verified anymore.
Epic, what is going on??? Is this just a bug?
I confirm, the same problem. I passed the verification a long time ago, but now this plate.
If you click on it, it says that I have a confirmed trader status. But on the store’s page and on the product pages, the checkmark disappeared in front of the store’s name.
indian guys as always trying hard to make FAB great again. I think its another bug on webiste. im too passed verification long time ago.

Edit : And I’ve just noticed that I no longer have my verified seller tick.
same on me. i do it on when it comed first. in markatplace. and than in fab. and now it says agait i should do it. when i enter the settings it shows i already have that. so that the purpose of this yellow band ?
Yes, not having the badge anymore is what confuses me. My status is also validated on settings and I’m getting the yellow warning.

I’ve faced with that problem before and then my sales zeroed, after than that I got a warning about proof of address and I sent the necessarty documents and while waiting for aprove that declare trader status issue popped up again.
Look fab team ! I almost made 1k dollars sale at november and after than that almost sold nothing and in february nothing sold because of epic’s unprofessional work ethics.
What you guys want us to do ? Do we have to send every documents twice for you guys make things work ? People cant even buy and cant even download bought assets… Come on ! We are trying to make lives with that income here.
@skfabby I uploaded a document to verify my address, but it wasn’t accepted. Then I got an email asking me upload a new document, but now I can’t get the form to show up anymore.
This is what I see, no matter how many times I refresh or how long I wait before refreshing, it does not show up.
The link in the email just directs back to this page.
Can you please fix this? :3
PS: The email didn’t actually get send to the email in this warning message on my publisher page, but to my main account email. A bit confusing.
PPS: My trader checkmark next to my name also disappeared for EU users… did you disable it and not re-enable it yet?
Yes the trader checkmark has been replaced by a button like below:
