XP still Calibrating / Not Awarding XP

Summary

Updated my Island but it’s still not Awarding XP and it has been 16 hours since I published the update. This usually only takes a few hours.

It is however counting the # Activations of Accolades in the Analytics page under the Game XP tab.

It now says in the Calibration mail “Not Awarding XP” for some reason?

Calibration is based on players, not time after the map is up. I think it’s ~5000 players in a certain time limit

It depends, the more players the faster it goes, I usually have this map calibrated in no time.

Now it shows “Not Awarding XP” in the Calibration email, why does this happen?

Same thing on my island - 2579-2289-9925
Lost all my XP in 1 day of new season, made update with new settings for accolades (prev all of them have “Very Large XP”) balanced them, published balanced update, now have 20k plays since update and my island still does not award any XP, email does not say anything about “Calibration”, just “Not Awarding XP”.

I am also experiencing the same problem on my recently updated island.

Awarding XP less frequently and changing the amounts making a few accolades give lower XP fixed it for me.

Epic should include what accolade you should fix to have XP and don’t email you with “No Issues with XP” while you HAVE issues with XP

Currently I found another 4 islands with over 5K daily CCU and they lose XP for no reason

I agree they should tell us what’s wrong/what to fix, I think they are trying something new to combat those XP maps

After 4-5 attempts I fixed it too. Epic, please, add more details to EMAIL.

There currently over 15 Islands over 1k CCU with XP problem, and those creators DON’T know what they should fix.

FORT-830423 has been ‘Closed’. We’re unable to reproduce this issue.

Happening to two of my maps. Had 200k+ plays each and still didn’t calibrate, tried making new versions nothing, tried removing all accolades, publishing, then adding a new version with completely new accolades, still nothing. All while my new maps with 1/10th of the players are calibrating with no problem. I can see in creator portal that the accolades are being triggered same rate as other maps, it just won’t calibrate no matter what I do. Stuck on “calibrating” forever.

I also submitted a report for this. It is Sad that they closed this ticket. My island always have 200-500 players at all times. Published in November it has NEVER finish the calibration

@Flak we please beg you to take a look at this issue. Many islands with players are stuck in Calibrating.
