Same thing on my island - 2579-2289-9925
Lost all my XP in 1 day of new season, made update with new settings for accolades (prev all of them have “Very Large XP”) balanced them, published balanced update, now have 20k plays since update and my island still does not award any XP, email does not say anything about “Calibration”, just “Not Awarding XP”.
After 4-5 attempts I fixed it too. Epic, please, add more details to EMAIL.
There currently over 15 Islands over 1k CCU with XP problem, and those creators DON’T know what they should fix.

Happening to two of my maps. Had 200k+ plays each and still didn’t calibrate, tried making new versions nothing, tried removing all accolades, publishing, then adding a new version with completely new accolades, still nothing. All while my new maps with 1/10th of the players are calibrating with no problem. I can see in creator portal that the accolades are being triggered same rate as other maps, it just won’t calibrate no matter what I do. Stuck on “calibrating” forever.
I also submitted a report for this. It is Sad that they closed this ticket. My island always have 200-500 players at all times. Published in November it has NEVER finish the calibration
