XP Status Analyzing

Summary

Hello. My map has entered “analyzing” for no reason. It was giving XP 13 hours ago and now it’s stopped for no apparent reason. I have an average players of over 50. Could you tell me why? Map Code: 8363-8237-0040

Steps to Reproduce

  1. The map grants XP normally for players
  2. No new versions are published and no XP devices are modified
  3. After several hours of normal player activity, the map automatically enters “Analyzing”
  4. XP stops being granted to players

Expected Result

The map should continue granting XP normally as it was already calibrated and no new version has been published.
Players should be able to earn XP during gameplay as before.

Observed Result

The map suddenly stopped granting XP and the status changed to Analyzing
Players are no longer receiving XP even though the map was working correctly before

The problem is that when I do an update, it goes into “analyzing” and freezes there, when it should go into “calibrating” and then move on to “awarding”.

When you update, you have to repeat the whole process. You are getting playtime XP. Please use the bug report in-game if you feel it should be granting accolade XP. If your game is not granting accolade XP it will still grant playtime XP.

But my map should have calibrated many hours ago, this is a recurring error and needs to be checked ASAP

It’s an internal error in the calibration system in general, and it’s gradually affecting more people. That’s why I’m telling you it needs to be checked manually and be fixed
