XP Rewards Notifications not displaying in Published Game

Dear EPIC / EPIC Community,

My XP Rewards notification from the Accolade device does not appear during the Published Gameplay, and I have no idea why! My island code is : 2678-4023-9076

My XP Calibration has been successful, and I have also received data from the Accolade devices from the Island Creator Portal – so I don’t think it is an issue with the island calibration.

When testing the accolade devices out in Test play or Private version, I have no issues getting the Splash Screen notification, as well as the display message to pop up.

But this DOES NOT appear during the Published Game for Public version.

Can somebody please advise me on this? I can’t figure out where I went wrong or if this is a bug. I hope someone has a solution for me on this.

Hey impstan,

Don’t worry it’s just part of the calibration process, when published your accolade system goes into calibration, during this time, you won’t see your XP awards and players will only be awarded a time played amount of XP after playing.

When its finished calibration phase, then gamers will be awarded by your accolades and be able to see them in game.

Apparently Calibration takes about 10k plays
