XP is Throttled for almost 3 weeks

Summary

Every Creative Map with XP I play gives me very little XP it’s not because I’m playing too much either I took 2 days away and my friend is playing just as much and I am getting 12XP per Coin while he is getting 245XP per coin. I need help
