Summary
XP is not enabled in all sessions of certain Creative maps, even though XP is properly configured.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Fortnite and join the Creative map 3533-5038-7728.
2. Play a session normally and complete actions that should grant XP.
3. Leave the session.
4. Join a new session of the same map.
5. Repeat the process multiple times.
Expected Result
Players should consistently receive XP in every session when completing XP-enabled actions on the map.
Observed Result
In some sessions, XP is not granted at all, even though the map is correctly configured for XP.
The issue occurs randomly and does not affect every session.
The same issue is also occurring on another map (code: 7028-5731-5987).
