Steps to Reproduce

  1. Publish a UEFN island with Accolade Devices configured.
  2. Allow players to play the island normally.
  3. Wait for the XP calibration process.
  4. Even after more than one month, the island remains in “Analyzing”.

Expected Result

The island should complete XP calibration and change from “Analyzing” to the appropriate XP status after sufficient player activity.

Observed Result

The island has remained in “Analyzing” for more than one month despite having over 4,800 minutes played, over 277 favorites, and hundreds of matches. No error messages or moderation notifications have been received.

Island Name: BEST SLIDE CHALLENGE

The island has not been updated since its initial publication (Version 1). Accolade Devices are configured and no validation or moderation errors have been received. I would appreciate if the team could verify whether the XP calibration process is stuck or if there is any issue preventing calibration from completing.
