Our first version XP showed in analytics the first day.
Every version for the past month after that we no longer see XP events in analytics. It also shows “No Accolade Device exists”.
We’re released multiple versions following the steps to de-bug the device by selecting and saving actor as… and remaking the device.
But the owner also only published the first version. Every version after that was published by another team member.
And to add data points: we’ve had many more plays after the first day. First day analytics shows XP. More play sessions after has never registered XP.
