Summary

Over the past few days we have had 50+ comments and dms saying players are not able to join in. We have tested this and found cases of players not being able to matchmake from select PS5s, Xbox Series Xs, and those playing from Xbox Game Cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load up our idland (6321-9462-7816) on any of the listed platforms (PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Game Cloud).
  2. Ready up on Public matchmaking.
  3. Wait for the loading screen and wait about 10-20 seconds, the bar in the bottom left will load and then fail and you will be sent back to lobby.

Expected Result

Players should be able to queue in with no issues.

Observed Result

Players will fail to load in and be sent back to the lobby.
