Summary
I am experiencing an issue specifically on Xbox when trying to join my friend’s UEFN / Creative 2.0 session.
My Epic Games account is already added to the correct UEFN team for the project.
Using the exact same Epic Games account, I can join the same UEFN session normally on Mobile and PlayStation. However, on Xbox I cannot join and I receive:
Matchmaking Error (#3) – Unable to Join Party / No Reservation in Game.
To clarify:
Mobile: Works
PlayStation: Works
Xbox: Does not work
Same Epic Games account
Same UEFN project/session
Account is already in the correct UEFN team
I have also submitted an in-game Bug Report directly from Fortnite on the affected Xbox account immediately after reproducing the issue.
Please investigate whether there is an Xbox-specific matchmaking reservation or UEFN session issue affecting this account.

Steps to Reproduce
Add the affected Epic Games account to the UEFN project team.
Launch a UEFN / Creative 2.0 session.
Log into Fortnite on Xbox using the affected Epic Games account.
Try to join the friend who is hosting the UEFN session.
The Xbox player fails to join and receives Matchmaking Error (#3) / Unable to Join Party / No Reservation in Game.
Using the same Epic Games account on Mobile or PlayStation, the player can join the same UEFN session successfully.
Expected Result
The Xbox player should be able to join the friend’s UEFN session normally, just like the same account can on Mobile and PlayStation.
Observed Result
The same Epic Games account can join the UEFN session on Mobile and PlayStation, but cannot join on Xbox. Xbox displays Matchmaking Error (#3) / Unable to Join Party / No Reservation in Game.

The affected account is already a member of the correct UEFN project team. Other team members can access the session. This issue appears to be platform-specific because the exact same Epic Games account works correctly on Mobile and PlayStation.
I also submitted an in-game Bug Report from Fortnite on the affected Xbox account immediately after reproducing the issue. Epic Games Player Support was contacted previously and advised us to report the UEFN issue through the Epic Developer Community.
