World to Meters as Console command/blueprint variable?

For a research project that i have in mind i want to have the game (or the user) to be able to change/tweak the “World to Meters” while the game is running.
Is there a way to set this value on the fly?

I know there is already a way to set the IPD distance to achieve a similar effect though this does not take into account the change in translation and the neck rotation model, the “World to Meters” value does.
