Summary

World Partition being ignored when migrating islands

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Build a island and turn on streaming
  2. Migrate the level to a new project
  3. Open new island and launch session

Expected Result

For streaming to be working as intended

Observed Result

Memory will be higher even though streaming is enabled. Loading ranges work visually but memory still does not change
