World partition / Data layers

Is there a way to not replicate data layers ? I need to show different data layers for different clients
For example if a player enters a portal I want to be able to load for him a certain data layer and the other not

If there is another other than world partition and data layers I’d gladly take a small hint or a tip to how to achieve this

Each portal area needs to be far enough away from the others.
