Hello, I couldn’t find an answer to this question, I apologise in advance if has already been asnwered.
I’m using world composition for quite a big map and It’s not clear to me how to manually resize level bounds?
Also, where do u put foliage? If you create it’s own layer (i wanted to have sublayers for static meshes/blueprints/etc) and place foliage there - bounds get reset to 0.0.0 and it wont display in the level that you painted it in.
So, where to put foliage if I want it in a sublevel?
How to resize bounds?
How tragic it is if you go out of bounds?
good question not sure on this my self but have been creating a new level in world comp calling it house_X05_Y07 etc and giving it the area name of the tile it sits on as well as its own id when slinging it in get a warning out of bounds as defaults to 0,0,0 world origin but after save bounds are updated to the size of the house and location i drag it to any furniture can be added to that house as a further sub level no problem until placing outside get the same warning until save then bounds get updated again… bounds is just a box that suround the item like your pc case surounds the motherboard, graphics card and power pack
And sometimes this box grow to ridiculous sized and it appears there’s no manual way to tweak it.
