Working on Models for Robo Recall mods, voxel models look like garbage

Ok, so I’m a modder for Robo Recall, and I create lots of voxel weapon mods for it, and I’m having a lot of trouble.

Every time I rig a model in Blender (made of separate parts) and export an fbx, bringing it into unreal makes the model look terrible. Here’s what I mean :

Any idea what’s happening, and how I can fix it? I really want them to look as good as possible, just not sure how.
