Lumen’s art direction controls are sparce at this time period; they’re designed to match the path-tracer exactly. Beyond digging through the CVars to achieve your goals (which is always an option if you have the time), I might adjust the blacks in the PP volume. You may be able to use color-grading to solve your problem.
