Wireframe shader drawing all edges from the geometry - even stray ones with no triangle


This is a 3D geometry low-level question maybe.
In Skethchup, Blender etc… one can draw geometry edge by edge and not use triangles or faces all the time. So I have this type of geometry and would like to use a wireframe shader to show it in UE, how would you go about that? I would prefer not to make tubes out of all my lines (edges) and render them at fixed size in spite of the distance from the camera. I relaize this is custome, but it’s also not a new thing but probably can be done by a 3D expert.
I would appreciate all inputs, it’s not clear to me what I am facing actually when I research this.
