The simple answer is yes. Whether you will get a high frame rate with all the examples I am not sure, but it should run absolutely fine looking at those specs quickly.
I did notice however that your MOBO is pretty crappy in general compared to some of the other components. Try not to scrimp on any parts and keep them all around the same speed/power/value as computers can become as fast as their slowest part.
