Wierd Light spots after Building Lights in Volumetric Fog

I have Point and Spotlights in my Scene, and after building the lights there is one or more spots of light in a completely random place. If I rebuild my lights, the spots will be in other places. I am using Lumen, an exponential height fog with volumetric fog enabled.

Before Rebuild the blue spot was here:

After the rebuild we have some spots here:

Here are the settings for the volumetric fog:

What does your volumetric lightmap visualization look like>

Like this:

Sample count seems low, try putting a lightmass character Indirect Detail volume around the level.

To that point, If you only have a low res lightmap to support that volumetric fog behavior you are a lot likelier to get artifacts. A volume would increase probe density and get a much better resolve. It looks like only one or two bad probes are causing the nonsensical behavior.

Seems that doesn’t work or I am using the volume wrong, the sample count didn’t increase with the volume visualy so I might did it wrong
