I have used this belica model many times before, but today this model decided to bug out on me. In the video below, you will notice that when I select Gideon, the character model and materials looks good. But when I select Belica, there is a pixelation effect. When the character runs, it looks like Her head is wobbling, but its actually the body assets.
I have already deleted the character model and replaced with newly downloaded model from Marketplace and did not help.
All other skins for Belica works perfectly fine, but this is the only one I am having trouble with.
We refer to that as “Ghosting.” There is a lot of activity around the forums with multiple use-cases that solve it, as Lumen is somewhat new it tends to be the cause for ghosting with certain older models (That skin was created in UE4 and was before Lumen existed. It’s coincidental that it is the only skin she has that does this).
Check out this forum post where others have used different AntiAliasing settings to get around the ghosting issue!
@Mind-Brain Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, this did not help. I created a completely new project and download the skin fresh into the project and the issue was not present. Its only this default skin of Belica that is causing the problem. all other characters and Skins are working fine.
