Widgets ocluded by new water system

I’m using a widget to describe some models, I made a material to not oclude the widget.
It was working well with other water shader, but doesn’t works properly with the new water system.
It looks like the fog is over the widget aldough i’m using a material to not oclude the widget.
Is there a way to keep the widget not oclude on top of everything?
