Why Unreal has not any built in font that supports all languages?

I often face issues during localization because many characters from other languages simply don’t display properly with the default fonts in Unreal. It’s frustrating to have to manually add or download a separate font for every single language when there are already free, open-source solutions available.

For example, Google has released Noto Sans, a font family that supports over 1,000 languages and scripts, and it’s licensed for free use in both personal and commercial projects. If something like this exists, why doesn’t Unreal include a built-in universal fallback font by default?

Having to set up different fonts for each language feels like unnecessary extra work, especially when localization is such an important part of game development. It would be much more convenient (and developer-friendly) if Unreal shipped with at least one comprehensive font option that “just works” out of the box for all languages.
