Why the UE Editor not in maximized window ?

UPDATE = This issue is not in UE 5.5.4, This issue persist in UE 5.6

look where my mouse is and where the highlight is (my mouse is where the drop down appeared but highlight is somewhere in the MARS (HELP))

I have a 2k laptop monitor and it only goes to maximized window if i keep my display setting to 100%, but 100% display in general for 15inch laptop is too small, therefore i keep it either 125 or 150%, but then Unreal EDITOR just does not adapts , it stays small and even the mouse cursor is not in sync.

I tried enabling and disabling
Enable High DPI Support, doesnt work
Display viewports’ at high DPI, doesnt work
Changed Editor viewport screen percentage, doesnt work

What the hell, this is so frustrating and even making me think to switch engine. There are so many small small stupid issues, for which you either needed to write some stupid bool flag in stupid config files which the engine should have done on its own or should have better option. The UX is so terrible, unreal thinks whoever is working with the engine should be already expert in everything even with there BYTE size documention.

Even for simple editor preference setting, i cant just save it, there is some weird perprojectsetting etc. and on restart it just got reset to whatever it was ?

PLEASE SIMPLIFY UNREAL.
I am sorry but my frustration is bursting out.
