why the path tracer in ue4 doesn't work any good with gtx cards while it is supposed so work like offline renderers ?

path tracer in ue4 crashes like every time i use it to render final shot on my gtx 1060. other rendering engines are working fine. i think it should be working fine as they should work the same way. what i need to know is ue4’s path tracer will only work good with RTX cards ? or this is a problem with the codes as a whole and this will be fixed ? thank you.

DXR support is not fully ready yet and GTX support for it still fresh, there possibility that there things broken on nvidia side too, so you need to give it some time ;] Raport all the bugs and send crash information via crash reporter, it will help out Epic fix the problems
