I like console, and I enjoy a lot of the pc games out there. I’m not the biggest fan of steam, or GOG. For developers. I know they’re great at giving indie devs a shot. They arent Sony, Apple, google, or Msft. I’m not sure why they ask us for 30%. I really like the new Nvidia console though I don’t have one yet. I’ve bounced between sony, and Msft on console for a while. As I have PS4 just due to the fact that I got a great deal on one. If I had gotten the same deal on an Xb1 I would’ve taken it. I’m hoping that MSFt, and Sony will help out with the cost of their dev kits, and establish a crowdsourcing key system like Steam. percentages will change. I can see Epic creating a game store eventually. Seeing as how Tencent is a major partner with their store platform already existing.
