Why textures are weirdly imported?

Hello, I made a character with Makehuman and imported it into UE4 but the result is kinda weird (especially on eyebrows, eyelashes and hair), here are som screenshots:

DO you have some tips or fixes to face this issue?

The problem is not with the import of your texture. its with your material setup. You need to make your material translucent and connect the alpha channel of your texture to the opacity input of the material.
