Why sequence is not playing in packaged project?

Hello guys,

I’m just tried out the new built-in “Day sequence” plugin in unreal 5.5.1. It works well, but if I try to package my project the day-night cycle is not working. The hours are actually going by because I track it with a variable but visually nothing happens. It works in editor.
I even tried adding the sequence’s folder to the “additional asset directories to cook” but nothing happened

Actually having similar issue.

It also appears to break other level sequences like cutscenes in a weird way, making them end short - also only in packaged build.

Same issue. It ticks but it does not rotate the sun.
