Why my pose looks wrong on mannequin?

Hi guys! I was planning to integrate my 3d weapons into unreal engine 5. While I do that I want to create some basic animations for Unreal Engine’s mannequin skeleton. I was using some old rig for 3ds max’s mannequin rig.

When I create some poses like weapon holding, then I export to unreal engine 5. My poses look almost the same but some bones are not in correct position. When I change some settings in Unreal Engine, my poses look fine but why is that happening? What am I doing wrong? Is my animation pipeline wrong? Should I create a new rig? What should I do to create some animations for Mannequin.

After I reimport my pose, My problem is fixed. But What’s wrong on here? Any idea?
