why my AI keep run into the wall and stuck in the wall


I let AI chase the player by simply using AI move to, and it stuck in the wall like the picture. I changed the mesh scale and the NAV agent radius, but it didn’t work. It just went straight to me, and I’m sure that the path is wide enough to let it pass(Balls are on the floor are No collision). I don’t know how to fix it. ( Sorry for my bad English)
