Why isn't my material tiling seamlessly?

I’m using a primitive rectangle as a wall and the material I’ve applied scales with the wall as one big texture rather than tiling. I’ve tried to duplicate the material instance so that I can edit it in Material Editor, but double clicking the material only takes me to a 3D view of it. Clicking on the hierarchy above it though, there is a “parent chain” material I can edit in Material Editor, but doing so affects all other materials. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to edit just the specific material I duplicated or how to open the specific material editor window for it, double clicking it does nothing. Do I need to remove the parent chain somehow?

Did you convert your constants to material Parameters? if yes they would be visible in panel that is placed in right side!
