Why is the shadow lagging in this animation?

Hi There

I am relatively new to Unreal Engine - I am working on a teaser animation for this customizable RC car. After I animated the hair pieces in the sequencer I was noticing that the hair shadow or maybe ambient occlusion seems to be leaving residual frames behind.

I am hoping someone might have a suggestion on maybe a quality setting I can turn up or maybe an update speed setting. Overall I’m just not familiar with diagnosing problems like this and am trying to learn but I appreciate the help from anyone more knowledgeable in figuring this one out
