Why is my project using lightmass when Luoshuang gpu lghtms is running well on other projects?

Hi! I have this problematic 35 GB project file. I uploaded it to IRender, baked lights on GPU, downloaded back on my pc, worked on it, now it won’t launch GPU Lightmass (and by that I mean the real Gpu lightmass made by Luoshuang, not ordinary cheap stuff) anymore, instead, it launches Swarm and it is not even working, it crashes. I have this error:

PLEASE HELP ME, I EXCEEDED THE DEADLINE BY FAR!
And yes, I put the swarm cache folder on a 1 TB empty drive…set it to 40 gb …
If I open or create other projects, I have no problem with the gpu lightms.

Maybe that is too much for your computer

its a 3090 with 24GB VRAM.
The top part of the building is dynamicaly lit but it tells me that it takes a huge performance hit. How is that?! Are we rebels or are we not?

how are we even supposed o make a game if we can’t bake light for one floor? And of course, no advised stuff member will reply me, because they don’t understand that even if RTX is has been around for quite a while now, most of us are more likely to buy a car with the money for an entry rtx card. That’s why I am using IRender and fast gpu lightmass that needs no rtx, cause I want good results.

Can you create a project with this error and upload it?
