Why is my playtest stuck at 12% downloading?

Summary

ever since the new season my playtest get stuck at 12% downloading. im using amazon luna and before it was fine. any ideas to help? ive tried switching the map to me only then back to the team but no luck

stuck at 12% downloading

Observed Result

stuck at 12% downloading then eventually says error code #1

when i switch from private to public the same downloading at 12% happens with no load. older versions of playtest work but the recent like 4 dont. its pretty weird

update

every playtest code ive made since the new map update (june 7th) all my codes dont work. so something with the update messed my playtesting up.
