Why is my Model Importing different than in SubstancePainter?

When I import my model from Substance Painter in UE5 it shows the UV seams which I think has to do with shadowing When I rotate it the light changes it but as you can see, it’s incorrect.

Additionally, I slapped on a plain material and it was fine, so not sure if the problem lies with UVs or textures or shadowing issue within UE5.
