why is my joining in progress forcing you on team 1

Blocker | Matchmaking Play - Players ignore team experience settings and only ever are assigned to Team 1.

When attempting to playtest our experience, players are only ever assigned to Team 1 and disregard all experience settings! (Can provide test code in message).
