Why is my download speed slow and mostly 0kb/s

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting I could find online, still stuck at 0kb/s, at times it bounces up to normal (5-6mb/s)
but that’s pretty rare… Taskmanager shows 1mb/s but a 400mb update takes hours.
Somethings clearly wrong since two of my friends have had the same issue…

I have the exact same problem tried reinstalling it but it didn’t work, really weird?
