So, I am new to Unreal Engine and my decals turn into multiple copies once dragged onto the floor as it is shown in this photo. I have using Unreal Engine 5.5, and I’ve already tried many different steps to prevent it from happen, but they were all unsuccessful so far. Has anyone experienced the same issue ? if so, how can that be fix ?
Hey there @Ferr_LE! It looks like you’re dragging the Texture for the decal out and making the floor’s material that texture (which defaults to tiling) instead of creating a decal itself. Is there a decal itself in one folder up? If not you may have to create a new Decal itself then apply this material to it.
