Why is my Decal turning into Multiple copies ? How to fix it ?

Hello.

So, I am new to Unreal Engine and my decals turn into multiple copies once dragged into the scene as it is shown in this photo. I’ve already tried many different steps to prevent it from happen, but they were all unsuccessful so far. Has anyone experienced the same issue ? if so, how can that be fix ?

If you just dragged this into the map

then you’re dragging the texture onto a mesh, and the system is creating a material. That’s why it looks weird.

Try dragging the MI_ material.
