As you can see in the below screenshots, I get almost no diffrence with the lumen enabled or not in the project settings.

Seems like there is no difference to me between two images. Check if you have a post process object in the scene. Lumen can be enabled/disabled in there too.

After changing the global illumination method from lumen to none in post process object i see the diffrence.
