Why is every megascan asset and material set up wrong?

Every single megascans fab asset and material comes in with black shadows.
Like is it a bug? Or is Intentional? How is someone whos learning unreal supposed to know?
Is there documentation on this? Is it meant to be like that? Did I click and drag the assets in wrong from the fab window?
Am I supposed to remove the AO and reset it 1.0? I dont know. I just read on a random forum and randomly tried it and it randomly works for some reason.
I think this is my 59th time trying to learn unreal and stuff like this is doing my head in.
