Hi, I’m really new with that, but I am looking at a tutorial about render scenes in Unreal

But In my Unreal, 4.24.3, there is not the “Movie render queue” Option, and, looking at the plugins window, it’s the same situation, there is not any plugin with the same name in the rendering section.
I am not entirely sure, but i think, the Movie Render Queue was introduced in UE 4.25. It is a pretty new tool, thats for sure. And you probably should use it either in 4.26, or 4.27, it got some improvements in those versions
