Why huge tile based levels are crash lightmap build?

I make simple and huge levels use poly tile style assets.

When placing terrain is finish, I tried build light map.

After a few hours, build lightmap is finished. Next, engine try import lightmap texture and engine is crashed.

I try somthing that.

2. So. add a more memory. (16 to 32) But noting change.

3. I think engine Upgrade is best solution. So upgrade 4.23 to 4.24.
memory usage is reduced, but has same error.

4. At last. deleting some tile in my levels. Surprisingly build is succeed.

5. I want trace this error. so attach visual studio, but shutdown all of progream after build lightmap.

I don’t have any idea. How can I fix it?
