Why doesn't my texture imprt right?

Every single other texture imported fine, even the white version of this, but for some reason this blue one doesn’t work.

Does anyone know what’s going on?

Since it’s blue, Unreal thought it was a normal map. Just reset these values to default by clicking the yellow arrow.
