Why Does Nav Mesh Keep Rebuilding When Nothing Is Happening?

In what context or reason would a nav mesh be constantly rebuilding even though I have not added or subtracted anything from a scene? I get when you add or subtract things the mesh will need to rebuild to accommodate the new stuff. But I’m just moving the perspective camera around the scene and it just nonstops keeps building. Can’t show it because of NDA. I’m just wondering what is the general reason why because I can’t figure it out for the life of me.
