Why does my mesh have weird artifactions?

So it looks completely normal in Maya, but when I export it out as an FBX and bring it in engine these weird artifactions show up. I does have blendshapes on it, and I don’t get this problem with any of my other meshes. I’m also using 4.10

Locked face normals, flipped face normals, overlapping UVs, detached faces, etc…
pick one (or maybe more) from above.
