HI. I have an AMD RADEON R9 390 installed in my computer. Is it not compatible to use the path tracing option? If it is why doesn't it show the GRAPHIC HARDWARE SUPPORT option in my preferences window? And what can I do to fix this?

Thank you for posting in the community your questions and your card is not supported for the Path Tracer. This is the reason why the Graphic Hardware menu is not available. That GPU is also just below the min requirements for Twinmotion in regards to the benchmark score https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+R9+390&id=3464

Here is the link to the AMD path that speaks about the technology and I think for Twinmotion 2022.2.3 the minimum would be an AMD RX 6000 series.
